OCD was very professional and efficient throughout the project. Shawn met with me within a day of my inquiry to discuss the plans and gave me a very reasonable quote that same day. I had a unique challenge for them as we had a short window for the work to be done while homeowner was away. They made it happen which included getting the sod in and coordinating with the irrigation team's schedule. Shawn helped me determine what really needed to be done with the grading and drainage system to keep the water away from the screened-in patio and house. His team are amazingly hard workers. Lots of manual labor. They went above and beyond to ensure we were very satisfied. The gutter drain system along with the French drain is very effective in keeping the water flowing away from house. The yard looks really nice with an added a touch they put into the plant bed. I highly recommend OCD Landscape & Lawns and also plan to use them for future jobs.

I had landscaping and hardscaping installed in my front and back yards. The crew is hardworking and very talented. The job was big and took several days. The crew always cleaned up before they left for the day. Great job and I am continuing with them for regular lawn maintenance and upkeep. I would highly recommend OCD Landscape & Lawn care.

Shawn came out and walked the property with me. I pointed out all the shrubs and overgrown trees I needed trimmed back away from my roof line. Also they removed an old shrub that was growing Into my fence. The guys did a very good job and cleaned up all the branches and debris. I am very happy with the outcome. We had Shawn and his crew over here doing landscaping (planting, stone work, edging and sod installation.) these guys are the real deal. It took them 3 days to completely redo the entire back and front of our home. It looks amazing. They worked fast and to perfection. We were beyond satisfied with the work done from ocd. Wonderful experience working with Shawn and his team. They were all responsive and professional. Demolished 2 concrete flowerbed walls and created new landscape in the area. Did a fabulous job . Also installed 2 French drains. We are extremely pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Genuine people with strong work ethics and delightful personalities. Highly recommend.
